Dispute Resolution
Subject to any exceptions specified in these Terms and Conditions, if you and Astral Boas, LLC are unable to resolve any dispute through informal discussion, then you and Astral Boas, LLC agree to submit the issue first before a non-binding mediator and to an arbitrator in the event that mediation fails. The decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding. Any mediator or arbitrator must be a neutral party acceptable to both you and Astral Boas, LLC. The costs of any mediation or arbitration will be paid by the unsuccessful party.
Notwithstanding any other provision in these Terms and Conditions, you and Astral Boas, LLC agree that you both retain the right to bring an action in small claims court and to bring an action for injunctive relief or intellectual property infringement.
Severability
If at any time any of the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions are found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable laws, those provisions will be deemed void and will be removed from these Terms and Conditions. All other provisions will not be affected by the removal and the rest of these Terms and Conditions will still be considered valid.

Effective Date: 31st day of August, 2025
Astral Boas, LLC guarantees alive arrival of all animals so long as the shipping is directed to an appropriate FedEx hub agreed upon by the buyer. The buyer must pick up the overnight package from the FedEx hub within 1 hour of delivery. The buyer must open the package immediately and confirm the condition of the animal with both video and photographic evidence. The buyer must immediately contact Astral Boas by phone @ 239-322-0424 and by email with copies of the video and photographic evidence of the deceased animal. Astral Boas will then work with the buyer to establish return of the deceased animal and refund or replacement if possible. Astral Boas in no way excepts responsibility for the health of the animal after the alive arrive guarantee period has lapsed. We can NOT verify the husbandry of the animal once out of our care. If there are concerns, we are happy to consult and advise. It is agreed that if health issues arise the buyer is responsible for immediate care of the animal and should seek qualified reptile veterinary care.
